We are visiting Ancient Corinth as we drive along the scenic Saronic Gulf, and we make a brief pause at the historic Corinth Canal. Apostle Paul came to this city, lived and worked here for 18 months building a growing and impactful church. We end the day with a visit to Kenchreae.
Today, we are starting a long and beautiful journey to the city of Thessaloniki.
We also visit Arachova to enjoy the city's beauty and have lunch there. Check in at the Hotel in Thessaloniki, have dinner and prepare for the next day.
We take a guided tour of Thessalonica, the city where Paul went to the synagogue, shared and explained the Old Testament prophecies to both Jews and Greeks.
Our journey continues to Ancient Philippi, the first European city where Paul preached the Gospel. This is also the place where he was kept in prison with Silas and he took this opportunity to evangelize and worship God. We then take a short drive to modern-day Kavala. In the evening, we return to Thessaloniki for dinner and an overnight stay.
This morning, we’ll drive to Berea to visit a special monument honouring the Apostle Paul and his time there.
Afterwards, we’ll head to Kalabaka and check in at our hotel.
This morning, we explore Meteora, one of the most breathtaking places in Greece, known for its towering rock formations and ancient monasteries perched high above the ground. Built by monks seeking peace and solitude, these UNESCO World Heritage sites offer not only stunning views but also a deep sense of Christian history. We continue our journey back to Athens, where we stay overnight.
Today, we visit the lively Island of the Winds. You’ll have free time to explore Mykonos at your own pace.
Walk through pretty white streets with flower-covered walls, visit the famous Paraportiani Church, or enjoy a relaxing stroll along the waterfront of “Little Venice,” ending at the island’s well-known windmills.
We begin our day at the port of Kusadasi in Turkey and visit Ancient Ephesus, where the Apostle Paul lived and preached. There we also find the house of Mary, the Mother of Jesus Christ. We’ll explore the impressive old historic city, which dates back to the 10th century B.C.
Around midday, we return to the ship and sail to the island of Patmos. In the afternoon, we visit the Monastery of John the Evangelist and the nearby Cave of the Apocalypse, where he wrote the Book of Revelation (Revelation 1:9). After the visit, we return to the ship and continue our journey.
When we reach Heraklion, Crete, take a photo of the old Koules Fortress by the sea. Then, enjoy a visit to the famous Palace of Knossos and the Knossos Museum, where you’ll hear exciting stories and learn about Europe’s first ancient civilisation. This is also the island where Paul visited for three weeks and left his companion Titus to lead to local churches. This is where Apostle Paul’s letter to Titus arrived, and it was written from Nicopolis, modern-day Epirus, Greece.
Our evening will be spent in Santorini, one of the most beautiful and romantic islands in Greece. With its whitewashed houses, blue-domed churches, and stunning views from the cliffs, it looks just like a postcard.
